Is there a free plan?
Yes. KiteApp is free for up to 3 active clients, with every feature included. Once you grow past 3, Pro is $19 a month for unlimited clients. The only thing that changes is how many clients you can manage, never which features you get.
How do I get the 3 months of Pro free?
Join the early-access list now. When KiteApp opens in late 2026, list members are invited before the public, so you get first crack at signing up. The first 100 people to sign up get 3 months of Pro free.
Can I bring my existing students into KiteApp?
Yes. An import for your existing customer data is coming soon, so you can bring over your student details when you get started. Past payment history will not carry over, but everything you need to run your practice will.
How does payment processing work?
On direct payments like cash and Venmo, you pay no commission and the money reaches you right away, so you keep what you charge. Card payments carry a low processing fee.
Do my clients need to download KiteApp?
No. When you send a payment request, your client receives a direct web link. They can pay instantly on their phone or computer without creating an account or downloading anything.
